Destination and activity proposal based on profile.. Present 1–3 tailored itinerary options with tiers (Essential / Enhanced / Luxury).
Booking & Logistics
Book accommodations, flights, transfers, and activities. Obtain necessary permits, park passes, and insurance documents.
Departure Preparation
Offer physical prep or training guide for demanding trips (e.g., hiking and altitude treks).
Experience Delivery
Daily check-ins (automated or personal) to monitor satisfaction and safety. Support for any itinerary changes due to weather, illness, etc.
